Proposer une carte élaborée à partir de gaufres sucrées était pour nous une évidence. Force à été de constater qu à Annemasse, il est rare, voire impossible de s attabler et de déguster une véritable gaufre artisanale. Notre équipe s’est alors embarquée a bord de la délicieuse aventure de la gaufre artisanale !
TOUT VA BON TRAIN : brainstorming, chamaillades, propositions farfelues, rigolades…. Après quelques semaines de travail, de concertation et un nombre considérable de feuilles blanches utilisées, le fameux menu complet dans lequel petits et grands trouveront leur bonheur naquit.
Il est clair que les heures de gloire de la gaufre Annemassienne sont bel et bien devant nous…
